I just bought a MyVi, the salesman told me that the new MyVi window glasses are all is 91% UV prove. So do I need tinting them?

If still feels hot or too bright, might as well tint it. What's wrong with that? Depends on your preference.

I agree with swinee. The heat comes from the IR and you would need tinting to block the IR.

You see.. you've to spend extra hard earned money. Assemblers SHOULD include all these for the product car to be more ownership value but its not happening. Already the car is EXPENSIVE is already a hurdle for many folks.

not everyone would like OEM tint..
some might prefer cheaper, some may stripe of the OEM tint and re tint wit a better one..
some would say i'm OK with no tint..
so y shud they make all the fuss wit standard equip for the ride with the extra additional cost...
since it is an option..so it is up to the owner..
myvi FL already show the courtesy giving UV glass for it, which many like civic, city, vios, latio dun even have it.. smile_blush.gif

yes, my vios doesnt have it. only the camry does. so now the new car at home comes with UV glasses, appreciate it. tinted the windows today, RM650 all the windows. the colour of the tint goes well with the medallion grey of the car. i prefer the manufacturer to do without tints as owners really have their own preference.
