Dear All,

Attached is a specification comparison list that pit the 308CKD against most competitors’ highest spec model as follow:

1. Vios 1.5G
2. City 1.5E
3. Latio Sport 1.6 Premium
4. Civic 2.0S
5. Jazz 1.5V
6. Altis 1.8G
7. 407 Premium

Most of the model might not be in the same segment as the 308, however since they are the 'popular' choice of Malaysian buyer or the price is somewhat quite near, I've decided to pitch them in, so comparison could be made.

Disclaimer:
It might not be 100% accurate, but i've tried what I could.
I shall not be liable for anything araising from publishing this comparison list.
Downloading or reading (whole or part) means you agreed to the dislaimer.

Hopefully, it will be a good reading and knowledge sharing for all.

Feel free to highlight any misinformation or unconfirmed information (marked with '?').

Will update the list periodically.

Regards,
Intermilan

p/s: shall do another list (against more models) if i've got more free time. but no promises.

Fantastic job intermilan! but i think 308 Turbo's tyre size is 225/45 R17 rather than the 205/45 R17 as compared by you. Don't want others to not see the goodies don't we... laugh.gif

ermm..i think each got their diff market ba..
to most ppl, those in the list might be thier main car, but mostly 308 owners are thier 2nd car.. tongue.gif
and 308 is certainly a driver's car..their main point is handling n performance..
while others in the list is a pessenger's car..talk about space,ergonomics,convenience..
each have thier own potential customers..

I am impressed with the work and passion you guys are investing in the 308. The spec comparos are very comprehensive, and it'll be good to see more such quality work appearing in our forums. smile_thumbup.gif

It also depends what one is looking for and how one look at the space, etc.
A Small Little Kancil still can be a passenger car.
Demands goes higher and cars getting bigger. One maybe looking further on bigger space, another might find it big enough or no issues with it at all.

For the backseat, yea, it's straight, but I still can accept that; The headrest is the main issue, it's bulging out, pushes your head out, so it feels uneasy to rest your head (I feel like removing it, but then there'll be nothing to rest the head on).
Not sure what happen to the design?
