try to put those spray for leather at the inner
sides of the window panel or any sort of good lubricant
so that your windows can glide easier.. free up the dirt
and grime.. try not to use WD40 for this...
signs of power window wanna konk is probably.. jam
or sometimes can move but too slow..see if this can save it
if its the front door.. its easy.. normal screw driver..
for front door got 4 screws if im not mistaken one hidden
under cap, one door handle and one door knob and one near
lock knob.. remove all four.. slowly push your finger between
the crease below the door (plastic and metal) and work your
way up..careful of the clips.. and then when taking it out
dun forget to release the clips of your power window..
press the two clips to release it..back door have 3 screws..

Just get something called "silicone spray". Spray at the rubber at the frame of the window. It should work if the slugishness is caused by dirt/harden rubber.

hmm , silicon spray ?
i have been using the perma glass- power window lubricator . it seems
like can't help much ...
becasue the window glass has broken before , i am thinking about open the
panel and top cleaning it ...
anywhere , is the motor exposed ? if i open the door panel , should i
spray or apply grease on the motor ?

If silicon spray can't help. Time to send to workshop for checking.
