It's Official - Another History Created Options

Salam and Hi all,

8 months have gone by since the inception of MyPeugeot Network. Many good
things happened and many successful events done with the support and
participation of the members.When we started MyPeugeot Network, we were
given very little chances. The founding members were bombarded with
untrue stories by certain quarters who even went on belittling the
existance of MyPeugeot Network and the founding members were stamped as
the bad boys. Nevertheless, we knew it was the right move to start a new
platform of a more positive environment for pug owners.
Day after day since it's inception, despite all the untrue stories
overshadowing, the number of members grew by leaps and bound beyond our
own expectation. The level of commitment and support by the members were
simply wonderous and that provided the motivation to the task force to
plan and create events for members benefits.
The first DIY, we had 10 cars....2 months down the road we created
history by having the largest congregation of Pugs owners and enthusiasts
by having 48 cars during our last DIY in Shah Alam.
We have also just concluded another history when we had 33 pugs lining up
in the convoy dubbed The Northern Raid, to SilverStone Tyre Factory
recently.
Having said that, I have to thank all the members for without their
support and participation, the events would not be successful as they had
been.
In saluting the member's committment and support, the task force have
again strive to provide a better platform for the benefit of the members.
With the motto "FOR THE MEMBERS BY THE MEMBERS", I take great pleasure to
announce that, MyPeugeot Network, with approval from Registrar Of
Society, under the new name of :

KELAB PEMILIK DAN PEMINAT PEUGEOT MALAYSIA or in english MALAYSIA PEUGEOT
OWNERS AND ENTHUSIAST CLUB or shorformed MALAYSIA PEUGEOT NETWORK (MPN)
has been succesfully registered with the Registrar Of Society making it
THE FIRST AND THE ONLY PEUGEOT CLUB FOR OWNERS AND ENTHUSIASTS officially
registered in Malaysia.

I would like to thank each and every member as it is due to your support
towards the club that this history is created.
At this point of time the existing pro temp committee will be the office
bearers. Names of office bearers will be announced by the Secretary
General in due time.

We have all been questioned as to why the 2 clubs dont join forces. I
have personally been asked by the committee members of the other club ,
the very same question. In heeding this request, I on Behalf of Malaysia
Peugeot Network would like to extend invitation to all pug owners and
enthusiast out there including senior members and commitee members of the
other club to converge with Malaysia Peugeot Network. I am sure, from
feedback given by members, it would be great if all pug owners and
enthusiasts stand solidly under the same roof...Malaysia Peugeot Network.
Put aside the differences and work together for the benefit of the
members as a whole.
Again thank you to each and everyone for creating this history with
us .....lets continue to join forces and effort in ensuring the smooth
sailing and success of our club.

We have delivered to Peugeot owners in MALAYSIA a legal platform for the
owners to share their enthusiasm. The formalisation of Malaysia Peugeot
Owner & Enthusiast Club is in line with Registrar of Society Act 1966,
meaning, it comes with our own Constitutional which states among others,
what the Club is all about and the objectives of the Club. The
formalisation is solidly made 'for the members, by the members' , and we
all shall remember this phrase all the times. MPN is bulit around members
whom believe that owning a Peugeot is not just driving one, it is the
passion, enthusiasm, interest and the spririt of comradeship that will
make this society '' a Club to be enjoyed'' . We call upon all Peugeot
owners and enthsusiasts in Malaysia to come forward and register yourself
as members, and be part of this wonderful society.

saya ingin menganjurkan jutaan terima kasih kepada semua yang terlibat
untuk merealisasikan kewujudan kelab ini. Saya rasa saya tidak harus
bercerita panjang tentang asal usul Kelab ini kerana saya amat pasti ramai
yang telah membaca dan memahami apa yang telah ditulis oleh saudara Azdar.

what can I say, Well done guys.
good job, first the various interesting activities( which most of it I
missed, hehehe) and now the club is official? that's cool indeed.

Any how, do members who registers in mypeugeot.net needs to re-register
using a formalised forms and all? now that the club is official, I reckon
the registrar needs some info about the members existence.

To those involved in making this a reality, I say thank you for bringing
malaysian peugeot enthutiast together. Hope after this the network will
prosper and be merrier than ever.
