found in newspaper hyundai ad that says Blacklisted also can approve(car
loan) ?how true is this?how about other car maker?

maybe previously blacklisted by CTOS, and now they by pass the CTOS
system and use bank negara centralised system to check whether u r in
blacklist or not, as long as not bankrupt. u might be able to get loan.

actually it was only meant for those govt servants..if not mistaken thru
Koperasi..sumtin' like that and monthly payment is tru direct debit (biro
angkasa) from ur paycheck..but I don't advise anybody to do it since they
marked up the price for eg...2.0 NF selling at RM128K and that DOES NOT
include the additional 2.75% PA..conclusion it's a rip off
