ello geng..nak minta tolong nie..honda aku ada problem la..

first prob: aku pakai sr4 b16..masalah nyer..bila drive time panas
(siang hari) @ tgh jam ker engine selalu cut off..kalau hari hujan ok
plak..malam hari pun ok..bila engine cut off, then nak start balik tak
bleh..kena bukak bonet depan then rest paling kurang pun 1/2 jam baru
ok..hari tu aku ada gi genting..dah dekat nak sampai puncak jer engine cut
off gak..cuaca sejuk jer time tu..aku dah tukar trottle body tp still cam
tu gak..aku dah gi check feul pump tapi pomen kata feul pump ok..di harap
ada otai2 atau sifu honda yang bleh tolong settle problem nie...thanx

second prob: keta aku bila aku tarik jer vtec, check light
menyala.. then terus x padam..adakah ada kaitan ngan aku punya ecu..atau
wiring aku ada masalah..bleh sesapa tolong tak...

thanx lah coz sudi tolong settlekan masalah aku nie..

woah .. beso masalah kau nie ..

1st. prob .. berdasarkan daripada simptom-simptom, mungkin ada kaitan
ngan main relay .. macam keta aku, kalau berhenti sekekap jer cth. isis
minyak kat petrol pump, sussah nak start balik .. kalau terjemur pung,
susah nak start, kene tunggu sekejap .. cuba check

2nd. prob .. mungkin minyak hitam tak cukup .. bahaya tuh, kang engine
boleh jam .. pernah terjadi kat kawan aku ..

1st problem...seperti apa yang di suggest oleh civicNOSE.

2nd problem...ketika lampu yg x padam2 menyala..kalau ada alat.. boleh
check error code apa yg keluar. Dulu penah jadi sekali..main bantai check
je kat engine tu memang dapek satu wire vacum tak connect kemana-mana.
Cucuk je mana-mana tempat yang bole cucuk terus OK. Selang beberapa tahun
jadi lagi..tapi lain hal la..repair itu problem ..itu lampu pun terus
hilang. So mungkin lepas repair main relay 2nd problem pun OK kot..

hang convert masuk b16a ka? aku peratikan selalu yg convert engine (
contoh kes cut off masuk masa vtec bukak ialah stoner ) kenapa ada masalah
mcm ni? ke masa beli engine ada barang yg patut kena tukau tak ditukaukan
OR wiring asal boleh jer? any idea?

ello eg8..
aku convert masuk b16a laa..aku convert dlm bulan mei 2002..masuk
half cut..then dlm bulan posa hari tu (11/02) engine aku ada problem kat
dia punya piston..then aku tukar engine seketul terus.. aku pakai x sampai
sebulan keta aku buat hal plak..bila time panas jer cut off..vtec x bukak
pun cut off gak..stoner problem cam aku gak ker eg8?..cam mana dia settle
benda nie? tolong aku sat..dah abis idea dah..mlm2 jer bleh naik..siang2 x
brani laa...eg8,hang orang utara ka?ok..chow chin chow..

1) Check relay
2) May be need EACV servicing
3) Minyak hitam time panas , dier meruap jadi sikit, tambah sikit tgk jadi
lagi tak cut off.kalau jadi bukan pasal minyak ,ko pakai semi ke full
syntetik ?
4) Kena usha code apa yg dipamerkan, biasanya wiring tak intact, kalau
kejap jek biasa ler tue .

nak tanya sket nie..main relay ngan feul relay x sama ker? kat
mana bleh dapat main relay? keta aku dah convert b16a, kena cari main
relay b16a atau mana2 main relay model eg? main relay yg kat bawah stering
& dekat2 fius box tu ker? braper hah cos tukar main relay skali upah?

naz, aku pakai eg8..nasib baik sampai skg takde engine check light
problem nie..tapi nak share apa yg ada kat manual utk check engine code
nie. boleh check pakai alat die ataupun pakai mata je (according to
manual ler)kalau rajin buleh buat sendiri

first, carik 2-pin connector kat bawah driver's dash, and pasang jumper
wire to connect those pin. make sure its a 2-pin, bukan 3-pin punya
connector.

second, turn ignition switch on and note the code. Code tu berkelip2.
"The check engine light indicates a failure code by the length and number
of blinks. The check engine light can indicate simultaneous component
problems by blinking separate codes, one after another. Problem codes 1
through 9 are indicated by individual short blinks. Codes 10-48 are
indicated by series of long and short blinks. the number of long blinks
equals the first digit, the number of short blinks equals the second
digit"

so kalau
..*......*......* itu code 1 (oxygen sensor)
..*.*.*.....*.*.*.... code 3 (MAP sensor)
..*(lama sket).*.*.*.*... itu code 14 (EACV)

itu kalau satu problem..kalau ada byk benda yg problem..haaa..byk code yg
keluar one after another , cth
..*.*.*....*(lama sket).*.*.*.*...... code 3 ngan 14

dlm manual ada bagi table of description of each codes and how to solve
each problem. Dont forget to reset the ECU after this kelip-kelip
checking procedure. harap dpt membantu.

ello SBS..
first: aku kurang paham sket part yg kao cakap guna jumper tu.. 2-pin
connector nak kena connect ngan jumper cam mana.. connect pin to pin ker?

second: macam mana nak reset ecu? sebelum nak jumper kat 2-pin
connector tu, ecu kena usik tak atau kena buat2 apa ker?
