Recently Caltex launched this above-mentioned product.
Does it live up to its claim-restored lost power, clean inlet valves/fuel injectors etc???
Anyfeedback appreciated!!

Do you pump Caltex petrol? If yes, they say no need, as already have them in there.
If not, then cheaper to pump their petrol........hahhahaha smile_big.gif

I found my car sluggish recently after many short trips and believe the engine is full of sludge now.
So intend to pump their so-called detergent fuel +this additive to quickly clean my engine to restore the lost power!!
Currently using BHP fuel, Ron 97.

BHP suppose to have 800ppm double the additives type of fuel woh!
To me, best is for you to take a run on the highway at 110kph for about half an hour or if you got time take a trip to PD, Ipoh or wherever you want to go to using the highway. My wife ride is mostly used in town and whenever we take a trip using her car, the week after that trip she will comment the car much smoother....hahahaha

Guess this fuel additive is very popular with the motorists.
When I stopped for fuel recently in 3 different Caltex stations, I enquired (out of curiosity), this product was a complete sold out!!!

Sluggish car, my recommendation is to do an oil change (if it isnt due yet).

do use good oils, typically, synthetics can handle short trips better. brands like mobil1, pennzoil, and castrol are good.

i am still skeptical about fuel additives. i personally dont think they work, unless fuel companies do not put any detergent at all (which is not the case)

Oil change???
the car only been used for 1000kms since the last oil change at end of April.
Currently using Castrol Edge, which is a FS oil.
BTW, appreciate your feedback.
