i'm a malaysian, have around 70k to buy a car in cash
can i buy a car in thailand (thailand register one), then drive
to malaysia, insead of pay heavy tax to buy a expensive malaysia car.

i think i can buy a thailand car cause no loan, but the problem is the
insurance, when car accident what'll happen ?

a thailand car can travel in malaysia for how long ?
as i know there have a temporary car insurance, anyone know how much ?
can i extend the day ?

Is this plan impossible ?

Ya..as that's always the risk of buying second hand cars...no warranty if no black & white.

I guess you can't avoid to pay tax if you want to hang malaysia number plate...unless you own the car for 5 years..
