My dad bought an used auto car, this is my first time driving auto but the car not feeling right...
Sometime when I engage D the car will move slowly forward, but sometime it not moving at all on flat road, the car feel no power when I step the gas...the car check engine oil light flicking sometime I step the gas harder/faster, is this normal? the engine very noisy when pickup
ATF is pinkish, engine oil light brown but smelly, no leak, no overheat
Is this normal?

If your dad have just bought it, send it for a tune up and service. Best to change all the fluid, means engine oil, atf, brake fluid etc. Engine oil light flicking better check whether is oil pump issue..
