It's a new LEXUS.... Nokia6280: W3218A should be a trade plate, i.e. to be used on any vehicles which have yet to be registered or road tax sudah mati. Nowadays many dealers no longer use the old fashion trade plate with the string, they do it exactly the same as a regular plate....

vr2turbo: only when its fitted like permanent, it wont catches the attention of many mah..... have you not seen fast & furious cars using trade plate and vroom on the not so busy streets?
