Ssangyong Motor Unveils Smallest Version Of Rexton SUV
SEOUL, Aug 9 (Bernama) -- Ssangyong Motor Co, South Korea's smallest automaker, on Monday introduced the latest and smallest version of its sport utility vehicle (SUV), the Rexton, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The new Rexton RX4 comes with a 2.0-liter diesel engine, significantly lowering its price range to between 25 million won (US$21,600) and 26.5 million won from larger models with 2.7-liter engines, priced between 28.2 million won and 40.1 million won.
"The new addition to the lineup of the Rexton offers a wider selection of competitive vehicles to our customers," said Lee Yoo-il, a court appointed manager of Ssangyong Motor.
The Rexton also comes with high-end front obstacle detection, Hi-Pass electronic toll collection and cruise control systems.
The automobile is the first addition to Ssangyong's vehicle lineup since the company came under court-led restructuring early last year. The company is currently in the process of selling a majority of its stake before the year's end.

Welcome aboard. Just added you to the Owner list. Hopefully more Rexton owners will join us soon.
How is your drive experience with Rexton, interesting to hear more experience sharing from each different owner.
Are you servicing your Rexton in service center or workshop? Great to share service cost so we can compare the prices and get better deal.

Great, this is something that is very useful especially when deciding which spec to get.
I think mine is full spec that comes with multimeter, 3rd row aircon blower, auto-cruise & wood steering handle (the extra that I noticed so far).

Brand new is currently selling RM99,999 with 3 years or 100,000km warranty is surely more worthly than an used 2004 at RM68k. Previously, Stavic was selling about RM175k. Check out Stavic In comparison with Toyota Wish & Honda Stream here (The engine and fuel consumption should be much better if it is using 270XDI).
