Recommend Good And Reliable Toyota Mechanic In Klang, Selangor

hi all,

due to the issue i am having (link: Over hump lower arm noise - before and after warranty expired), anyone know or can recommened any good and reliable Toyota mechanic in Klang, Selangor.

Do you have any documents referring to this issue being complaint earlier before the warranty period. If yes, use it to say the issue was not solved

Hi vr2turbo,

i have the service document stating the complaint and also the action taken by toyota service center which was" regrease lower arm bush - test no noise".

what recommendation you guys have?

What I can think off is to talk to Toyota SC about the issue. Tell them the noise was temporary fixed only by the oiling, and now have come back. If they still do not honor the warranty tell them you will take it up with claim tribunal.
Heard the tribunal are very helpful to claimants. Just file your case, then serve the notice to Toyota SC. If they do not want the hassle they will settle out of court with you. If they think they have a case they will go to the hearing then let the tribunal decide. You got nothing to lose except your time..... smile_tongue.gif

at first talked SC and talked to them many times, then they said need to refer HQ. talked to HQ, and finally, they reject.

i will try the tribunal.
