Dear Desmond,

I visited you once before to your shop in KL. You highlighted that I needed to settle with service centers first. If too may noises, it is quite hard for you to catch the real source. I visited 3 of them almost every weeks for 6 months. none of my issues solved.

Put it short, I sent my car to a sound proof specialist. The only noise I would like to solve now is the rattling sound coming from light and rain sensor. The noise disappeared each time I pressed on the sensor plastic cover. (of course, there is some minor friction noise form the roof cloth but it is acceptable for me)

If I send in my car, will you entertain my case if I only want to solve this noise (not other sound proof)?

Second, it is very important to me as well, I need my car to be handled with extremely care. My car is badly “damaged� (scratches on plastic part, plastic coating and car body) by the sound proof specialist. I better make it clear here. It is meaningless if all the noises solved but with scratches everywhere. I am willing to pay for the service.

The noise that disturbs you is caused by the car's Vibrations and resonance.
When we reduce these, you may hear other noises from elsewhere, hehehe.

Really? Sound like good news for me.

Let me arrange after car warranty so that I can settle other problems before send to you or else noises may be appeared again after mechanics touch my car.
