This ER6 was given a lot of gud review by most Brits & american bike
mag....very gud for town/commuting and can layan corner too!!...

Will consider it in the future once my office shifted to KL from Shah Alam in
2 yrs time....add givi pannier & top box...will have same or more loading
capacity to my current elegant wt givi maxia top box, just nice for
commuting....

was earlier thinking of getting a maxi 250 scoot (looking at aprilia atlantic
250) but at around rm23k might as well get a proper bike....at least can
lepat2x at awana on sunday....... just like those good old days (when i still
got hairs on my head...he3x)

Original Post : How much lower can trimming the seat give? What
about the suspension, rear and front?

Barry, anything can be done to it. Worst case, stop by the divider la. hehe

No lah, ghazsadon. Susah, kalau nak cari divider everytime at redlight.
Am thinking if the suspension can safely lowered, say by 30mm to help
plant both my feet on the ground. Is it a very expensive exercise?

barry,

i dun think dat dis bike can be lowered too much given its rear
suspension position. maybe trimming down d seat and lowered d front end
would help.

Depends on kedai ranging from dp 6K to 11K and varied interest too.
Cheapest monthly installment @ 7 yrs is around rm340 - 360 if not
mistaken. u can ring up big bike shop around.

barry, no offence meant but looks like the Yamaha Ego or Honda Click, Modenas
Passion or even the Kawa KSR is suitable for you coz it can be very dangerous
if yr feet can`t touch the ground you might fall and a car from behind
might run over you. Choose a bike that you are comfortable with, yr feet
must be planted on the ground not yr toes.
If you continue to support the bike with yr toes, at any time can
yr toes lose strenght or fracture and it will be dangerous.
