Ballast control the voltage supply -not the "bulb" temp, put it in simple term like our fluorescent light at home.
You can change the temp from 6500k (normal white) to warm white 4000+k like those used in restaurant., but the ballast still the same

Changing to 6000k bulb will not help as the optimum lumen output is at 4350k, that's why xenon manufacturer choose that. However, 6000k will increase the glare, one will assume the brightness has increased based on how glaring it is, but not in actual fact.
glare is not equal to brightness.

Fyi, as the xenon 'bulb' ages, it will become whither (increase in color temp). It is common after few year usage it turns to 5000k from original 4350k.

Currently my brother using CPS Model, but not a premium model & Not using Xenon headlamp. say he want to buy the original xenon headlight from proton, how it works ? did just plug & play including the levelling switch ? or the wiring system for premium & non premium model is totally different ? meaning say the additional wiring is required if you mod to Xenon headlight.

Anyone does it ?
