hi guys,

Were thinking of getting a proper SUV this years. ( currently been driving Hilux 3.0 VNT)
Purpose is for long trip to up north Thailand (plan to do an epic trip to ChangRai) so my family can enjoy the ride a little more comfortable.
Would be great if you sifu can share your opinion within the two SUV. Budget 180k.

please don't talk about resale value.

thanks in advanced smile.gif

Wow, no one have tried both the car, but if for family use, I would take the santa fe 2.2. but for personal use i may consider the ford.. but let's see after they are in the market.. at least we can test, see the real stuff and compare accordingly. But if budget allowed, I would surely go for the Santa Fe, as it has more boot space and can also sit for 7 for short distance.

Santa Fe 2.2 any time.

Try overtaking while going uphill, Santa Fe >400Nm torque might take you into the air smile_tongue.gif

Hyundai nowadays not Hyundai of the past. In the past they sounded like plane but nowadays they can finally fly like plane smile_big.gif

They are still suffering from image problem thought the quality have overtaken of the Jap .. Toyo** incl. smile_blush.gif

Try to drive one and it feels like German. Oh, Audi engineers working hard behind the scene.

Try test drive and you shall believe.
