this came out in my mind yesterday after my neighbour bought and got his
kelisa yesterday . i just realised that the signal light is at the bumper
and the low beam is beside the headlamp .
how about changing the wiring and the bulb of the signal light to the low
beam area , later , connect the low beam to the signal light compartment
and change the fuse/bulb of the fuse to higher voltage one .
is this ok ? just my RM0.02.

good idea.
but then, the 5w light won't be enough to light up the road but more of
an aesthetic purposes only , isn't it?
i think it is possible as both the side light and the signal light shares
the same wattage. 5 w. or was it 5 for side light and 15 for signal?

just spotted a Kelisa with the above setup you mentioned..
the low beam side lamps or clearance lamps were changed to signals while
the lower signals changed to low beam lights
the owner of that car had loads of blue lights around, including one in
the engine bay so from the front view, there is a glow through the front
grill..
