195/55/r15 Recommendation Needed

Time to change my ride (optra 1.8) tyres...
I am currently using Falken 912; around 35k-40k. Wondering what should be my next set of tyres; need recommendation from fellow sifu.
My preference is balance mixture of comfort and performance (and not too expensive).
Current 912 is good, but there is ballooning & i heard new 912 has been "downgraded" from AA to A. Not sure of details, but guess this is something negative.
So, what should i choose next? A quick short list:
evo v12 - read that it noisier than 912
falken912 - read that it has been downgraded and i experienced ballooning
conti cc5 - not sure as I have no data
yoko c-drive -not sure as I have no data
michelin ps3 or xm2 - too pricey as compared to the above range?
Recommendations needed
1. for the above range, what are the pro and con ? country made?
2. any other better recommendation of tyres others than the above range?
3. which tyre good for balanced performance and comfort (not too noisy) & not to expensive.
Appreciate the inputs and help; thanks in advance.

Hankook Evo V12 or Michelin PS3 if you want high performance.
C-Drive 2 if you want performance and good comfort.
Michelin XM2 if you do high mileage, want comfort and not too particular about performance.

My wife can immediately tell me that the the new V12 is much quieter than 912.
Comfort is great, when I drive onto the yellow strips, less noise and less bumpy.
Handling is sweet, turn with less effort. But the V12 only used for 500+km, not sure how about long term.
Give V12 a try, it is something that you pay less get more (a lot more).

Mikhai - the roar issue during hard break that you encountered - is it resolved? I saw from another post you stated RM210 each; i got a quote for RM250 for cc5 (told made in malaysia) and RM235 for 912 (made in indonesia). seems like v12 is cheaper...
where is v12 made?

where is v12 made?
The roaring sound is gone I don't know why, maybe new tire just need a little time to run in.
V12 is made in Korea. Sometimes people become skeptical when see something cheap, but this Korean tire is really good, so far. I'll never go back for Falken, grip is decent, but too noisy for my taste.
On the same car, I have tried XM1, 912 and then this V12.
XM1 has the least grip and simply not stable on wet road, 912 performs better.
Comfort and noise, XM1 is better. Now V12, grip and noise level are great so far.

XM1 is entry level, ZE-912 is comfort performance and V12evo is Ultra High Performance.....

That is what I mean. Compare XM1 with ZE-912 and V12evo, if all same price I will take the V12evo anytime because they are in the higher category...
