Your friend is quoting from isolated case. 1.6THP engine is on most Pugs. Early 308s had a few problems. On 508, 95% of the problems are solved. Your friend could be one of those unlucky to get a lemon. It is not true all 508 has 'alot of problems'!

If you are still unhappy, then get the 408. This 1.6THP carries 8 mods relating to reliability issues. I'm in touch with 100 408 owners. No complaints of engine from any one! This engine is proving to be very reliable. It is now fitted to Citroen DS4 also.

NAZA's after sales service has been less than adequate. More service centers are being opened nation wide and is getting better. Ofcourse there's always room for improvement!

Cool! that's all i needed to hear. by the way is there any chance there will be a new facelift for 2014?
I'm thinking to put my order thru soon.
Basically any dealer with the huge PEUGEOT building is alright to order right? even tho its not written as Nasim Sdn Bhd?

I'm not sure about facelift for 2014. It wouldn't surprise me if there was since the discounts are so good at present. Get the feeling stock clearance is taking place.

Yes any Peugeot dealer is good enough, does not have to be Nasim. Congrats on your new babe bro!

Just came back from 60K servicing as per normal servicing price.

optional is Spark Plug + Air Filter

60k is considered as normal servicing as told by service center.

i guess you are referring to the Gear Box Oil Change which is subjective as MAINTENANCE FREE in servicing booklet but recommended by servicing center here. smile_question.gif

Me too seriously thinkin of getting 508 in JB. Any 508 owner could please share their petrol consumption experience? The flyer stated 7.1L/100km, ofcoz its definitely different in actual driving...

Peugeot even offering rm10,500 discount from the selling price, i wonder if they're planning to launch new model tats y they hv such offer?

Fantastic discount,go for it! 9L/100km FC is more realistic. 408 facelift is definite, not heard anything on 508.
