HI wajarays,

I need some advice : My aircon compressor spoil 2 times already (becos kenot tahan my constant tarik).... got any other alternative ar?... what aircon compressor are you using ar?

hey guys.. love this thread. have a waja on my own. previously was driving satria 1.6 mivec. then change to waja AT 04.
sigh i find it so hard to mod waja. was so used to getting parts form potong kereta and etc for my satria.
firstly my car is auto and i hate it. i had to change it twice cause it burnt, i tend to use the gears alot cause im so use tio driving manual. i've been trying to see where i can do converstion from at to mt. but so far no luck. and the places i actually do find is expensive like 4 -5 k .. might aswell i half cut. anyone noe anywhere or anyway i can convert to manual? next is the bot or supercharger. i dont have much cash to spare to get a half cut. so was thinking of supercharging or bot turbo. anyone with experience? found a supercahrger set brand new with piping and etc fro rm3500. and bot packages.

Package A: RM3,000
Package includes:
1)TDO4-HL + Turbo Manifold + 2.5 inch down pipe,
2)stainless steel turbo piping + VR4 intercooler
3)wastegate (FRP)
4)oil catch tank (FRP)
5)EVO Coil
6)Apexi air filter
7)other accessory

Package B: RM4,000
1)TDO4-HL + Turbo Manifold + 2.5 inch down pipe,

but i dont see a point in putting turbo or superchargign if car still auto.. HELP ME PLS!!!!

I also driving Waja (A) like you and as the same time I still own Satria Mivec therefore I can understand your frustration. My Waja is my working horse an my Satria is my running horse.

I would say Waja have a solid chassis which is good for a car with 180whp but only 4G93 GSR 1.8 (2nd Gen) and 4G63 Evo (4th Generation onward) engines can be transplanted into Waja. To pass Puspakom only 4G93 can go through but 4G63 will have no chance unless your Waja is 1.8.

But either turbo or supercharge the car must (preferably) run on Ron97 and now it is not the right time to do the conversion unless your Employer do subsidise your petrol allowance.

To cut the story short, the better way is that you sell your Waja (A) and buy a modified Waja with 4G92 Mivec (M) (2nd Gen) which will solve your thirst of whp and at the same time better FC (compared to 4G93 GSR or 4G63 Evo). Try looking at Motor Trader or On The Road magazines for it.
