That workshop need to blacklist
As last time also had similar experience, every time give excuse that 1 spoil, this 1 spoil, bla bla change change
Go to your reliable workshop for the repair, troubleshoot
If no leak (rotten egg smell) then just need to vacuum n pump the gas n change dehumidifier

On top of that, if gas too much also will not cold.

Could be the expansion valve.
Simple and cheap replacement.
Better still, go to authorized dealer either APM or Denso. Its worth the money paid.
I will try to avoid all those normal aircond shop.

Blow off the trapped excecess contaminated compressor oil(not at the compressor). The change the drier and expansion valve. I think it will do.

Hi,
I am driving a 2003 waja, despite many trips (repairs) to my air-con shop, my air-con is barely
bearable for almost a year.
Finally I went to a recommended air-con shop. He suspected its the compressor and then
he decided to check my air-con gas. He found that it was a mixed of the old type and the new
type gas. He has a briefcase size instrument to check. He showed me it was a mixed of 30% and
70% of old and new type.
So he drained off the gas and pump in new gas. The effect was immediate. Now my air-con is
super cold even in the current heatwave we are in.
Hope this helps!
