When speeding at 200...or pulling Gs at corners...doesn't give much confidence to have crack tires

when speeding at 200...........

please do it on private roads, you are endangering others.

miss my PS3 on my old Wira man.. after sold off.. on new car BAX2 sux...

Hope to have PS3 but it gonna costs so much more expensive on a 16"

Actually BAX2 not too bad, but since you have tasted PS3 then you feel the difference. If you have used lower then to BAX2 then you will find it good.... smile_tongue.gif

Hi guys,

Finally it is coming. The Michelin Pilot Sports 3 (PS3)

http://www.event-tyr...t-3-ps3-232.php

Replaces the Old PS2, with improvement in wet traction, handling and aquaplane, where the PS2 was weak in.....
Wonder now can challenge GY F1 Asy in the wet?

my dad is using this as well. pretty cool

My PS3 outer side thread crack is becoming really bad, chunks are missing now...very good overall tires, but the quality is bad...the tires should NOT be sold until they solve the issues...but because this is Malaysia....anything goes

I've used 3 sets of PS3. 1st set on my car worn out at 30k or 1yr+., tyre wear evenly and no complains on grip even when left with 20% thread. But it was hard and noisy after 20k.

2nd set on my wife's car took 3 years+ to wear out @40k, by the time I noticed it, the thread blocks also started to break off in small chunks but grip was still fantastic and no balancing issue whatsoever. It was also hard and noisy at that mileage.

3rd set PS3 on my car still new, nice, comfortable and grippy in 215/50/17.

I've previously used GY F1 Assy 2 in 215/45/17, compared to 1st set of PS3 in the same size, F1 had better grip, more comfortable, and quieter that the PS3.

F1 in 215/45/17 compared to PS3 in 215/50/17, F1 grips better, same comfort, but PS3 is quieter in this size when new.

Nexen N8000 - not good, weak sidewall, see my comments in 215/50/17 thread.

Michelin have to look into this. If not, they will slowly loose customers. I have a few members mention don't want to use already because of this issue...
