Went there to change my tyres, when i came back realise all my rims had curb rashes due to the way they pry my old tyres out
Already told them to do it carefully, but due to bad attitude and brisk business, i guess they won't bother

My advise to those that care about their rims, don't visit this place although their prices maybe 5-10% cheaper

it's at jalan kapar klang, where most of the tyre shops are
same road with Naza

real heartache seeing my rims in the current condition
i guess the saying holds true, good things don't come cheap (in this case service)
my first and last time for sure

Could be the workers or workers are new. They are not thought to place a cushion especially for nice shinny rims and they will get scratch during the prying of the tyres..... smile_blackeye.gif

Ban Hooi is quite respectable by AW forumers. But maybe as you say the business was brisk also and they were in a hurry but that should not be the case......

Bro. spirit,
I don't know him personally. But quite a few forumers recommend going there for tyre change..... smile_tongue.gif

Yes, the way they pry the tyres out, I hopelessly felt sorry for my rims

But nonetheless I've learnt my lesson of saving a mere RM50, definately Ban Hooi will be on my blacklist moving forward.

Btw, just sharing my personal experience here, not out to tarnish any shops reputation maliciously.
If you don't really 'sayang' your rims and don't mind a few scratches and scrubs, by all means go there. But if you do,
my advice is to think twice.

As mentioned, could be the workers not trained properly.
I have gone to many shops and observe their workmanship. Normally the more experience ones are good and take care.
Beginners just pry them out as you said...... smile_blackeye.gif

...Already told them to do it carefully,

...this is the root cause. Some ppl juz dun like to get told for wat to do. Why didn't u check on the spot? You may get a free new set of rims...
