how's the fuel consumption L/km?
my EX5 2003 can achive at least 55km/L in 70 ~ 80km/h speed

for EX5 performance bhp:8.9ps/8000rpm
max torque:0.93kgf.m/6000rpm
(according the web catalog)

My bro just got the new 100 a couple of days back. I got a chance to test
ride and it's pretty smooth even at 90kmh. I don't intend to go faster
because the bike is still in break in mode... plus its not mine.Smile

" full tank can get 170km till red bulb lit up"
really have like that? bulb lit up? well the mileage also depend on
our trottling behavior

if can get 170km, not too much diffrent on the EX5 due it only
3litres tank

how come they didn't produce a 5litre tank, like yamaha, then we
can get a lot more journey ~275km perhaps per tank

dunno about the FC... I just have it for test ride.
And yess.. It has very small tank. ~3L. My bro put in RM6.. oredi full.
I think that maybe due to the new location of the fuel tank which is now
at the rear to make space for underseat storage.

But then.. Suzuki Shogun have the same layout but have bigger underseat
compartment (10L vs 5L) and bigger fuel tank (4.5L vs 3.7L)

according to the web catalog, the fuel tank capacity is 3.7L, even there
was a small space underseat. for the new EX5 also the same

rumors said the old EX5 is better than the new one, power, torque, etc
we can see the material use on the engine cover, for old EX5 used like
harder/solid material

well the new wave for me nice design and look, unlike the old EX5 still
using an old motorbike chasis design, well there are still a lot of demand

sorry dfendy, no bulb. confused w. my car.. heheh. but it is true that i
managed to get 170km per full tank. kena suma pakai ori. tak syok dgn body
la. i think ex5 is much better body design. but if you are talking about
wave 125 or 100r, yes it is better.

i wish boon siew can fix my 100wave ma... apa ni bayar mahal tapi enjin
pakai thailand made. lagi body bodoh senang rosak. Frown
