Go to a old experience mechanic, the one whose shop is very untidy and
black with dirt. These guys can strip your gearbox, check every part and
fix if fixable.

I've seen a gearbox being taken apart and it's not easy and very time
consuming. Is there a opening (covered by a rubber boot) somewhere on the
box? Usually, spraying some lube into it helps sort out the noise.

But before doing that, when was the last time u had your gear oil drained
and changed? Try changing the oil and add in some gear additive such as
WYNN Gear Treatment. This thing will smoothen your gear change.

the oil for more than 4 times already. and also add in the gear additive
alrady. but no use with that.

the sc people tell me waja hardly got this kind gear box problem. dunno
why i am so lucky...

i really gonna give up my waja already! keep problem here, problem there.

My only problem i had was the clutch plate springs gave way and disloged
from the plate. The gears shifting was quite difficult. As mentioned i
went to dirty foreman and dismantled gearbox. Finally changed to original
Mits. clutch set i.e. Clutch plate, Pressure plate & bearings. All ok
till now almost 300k km. this happened at about 65K km. Hope this would
give you a possible cause for dismantling the clutch set. Mine installed
originally by Proton was Exedy.... i never trust exedy again.
