Seems like nobody post any topic about this bike. I would like to know the
performance of this bike by owner. Any comment/s?

I've viewed the bike today and seems impressive. The price here in johore
is about rm6600 first party OTR. The taukey was friendly enough and even
started the engine for me. The engine sounds soft. The switch on 'self-
check' meter was wonderful (just like Elegan, only Elegan looks better
with triple meter and white backlights).

Underseat compartment can fit 1 fulface helmet. Fuel tank 4.8 liter.
Radiator by the side of engine cover, right side. Can imagine the fins and
grill will easily gets dirty. They should mount the radiator in front.

Seat was wide but quite tall. Overall design was nice thought the front
suspension should be lowered a bit. Look too tall in front. Rear signal
lights was weird but unique.

The only info i would like to know is how does it perform on road? Will it
beat the Elegan on pick-up and top speed?

more hungry with power..no rempit attitude la bro.As long as there is
pick-up is okay with me.This is a bike for me & my wife to go to pasar only...

Great to heard from the owner itself.

Just want to make sure before i purchase the bike. i'm pretty sure you're
yet to push the bike since its still new but may i know what do you think
was it most comfortable cruising speed?

Bro,
Mine is still new and under run-in period.Only can cruise below
80km/h.Meter clocking only about 100++km..cannot say much about speed but
the mechanic told me that this bike is using the LC135 engine which the
top speed around 140-150km/h.One thing for sure it is very easy to
menouvre since i think the bike is little bit higher than others.

If comfort you are looking for, the answer is yes for this nouvo.

If power and speed you concern the most, then forget about it.

I'm quite sure that the max speed possible is just around 90 - 110 as the
standard LC135 can hardly go beyond 120 kph. I'm talking about the actual
speed here. Not refering to the infamous Yamaha "penipu" speedometer.

Yeah we should already know that the engine was not the same. LC 135
using 4 valve while Nouvo LC on 2 valves.

fba76, Yes i'm looking both; comfort and speed. Since u confirmed on the
comfort, now i want your view on speed/power.

i own elegan and the engine produces 9.6kw. weighing 144kg, it breaks
down to around 67kw per tonne.

while according to brochure, Nouvo LC produces 8.4kw with much less
weight. only 105kg. equal to 80kw per tonne.

for comparison, yamaha 135LC produces 8.45kw at 103kg. equal to 82kw per
tonne.

all these calculation, plus rider weight, seems like Nouvo LC wont be so
slow.

Many people that I talked to said that the 135LC n Nuovo LC needs more
maintenance coz of liquid cooling.
