JB will need JB members input. Bro. azbro, limking, SF and so on......

Use 185/60R14 is better. More stable and better handling and comfort do not lose out too much....
Yokohama C-Drive 2 seems a good buy for this size....

Bro vr2,
!85/60/14 I find a little too heavy for my 1.3GL engine as original rims were 13 using 175/70/13 then. Is 175/65/14 within the 3% rule ? Thanks.

Nope, correct upgrade for 175/70R13 is 185/60R14, only 0.44% bigger in diameter. 175/65R14 bigger by 1.36%.
185/60R14 gives better handling, traction and do not lose too much on comfort. 185/60R14 also more tyre choices then 175/65R14, which is usually OE size supply to new cars..... smile_wink.gif

Do you have GPS? If yes, try this ( 3.108592,101.6223 )
You can also try google maps
Since you are new, do you know the famous "Sunrise Duck" shop. This shop facing main road, Tayar Tiong in directly behind facing the inner road.

Hi Sifus

I'm a newbie here and this will be the first time I will be buying tyres. Will appreciate your recommendation on the brand of tyres and shop where i can best get them. I live in KL and work in Klang

I drive a Hyundai Avante 2010 Model. My tyre size is 205/55R16.

Will appreciate your kind feedback and suggestions. Thanks once again.

Depends on your budget and the priorities you want out of the tyres. Let me know....
Since you work in Klang, that will be good place to search for them.... smile_tongue.gif
