Bike's mileage now at 211000km . Just changed the original carburator & exhaust last week Both the original items are still in good condition but just wanted upgraded abit .Replaced them with original Thailand Keihin Sp NSR 28mm carburator with 28mm SRC intake manifold with mod connecting the carburator to the air filter box ( RM365 parts & labour ) Pls note , the air filter was taken off , with just the filter box intact . Got to service , tune & rejet the carburator every 10000km more or less for maintainance purpose ..
2. Exhaust replaced with ABM Racing full set exhaust with 3 packet fibre for cutting down the noise ( RM 125 with labour ).Exhaust was bought from auto spare parts shop installed elsewhere . The fibre needs to be replace every 4000km mileage .
The crank now got showing signs of wear & tear but still usable for another 15000km more or less . Considering Faito Jackup crank full set with thailand Yoshi gear 1st,2nd & 4th ratios . Pls note if for race track purpose the crank set is replace at every 20000km mileage for performance purpose .
Before that the bike can only managed 140km more or less max but now easily without going full throttle . Have not try full throttle yet unless needed .

limking so how fast is the bike?

If you're interested in high speed , max out the 180km/per hour , you'll need some mods on your engine like 1. 62 mm piston block preferable ceramic coated coz they can disperse heat faster, 2. racing cam 3. 30mm carburator 4. Racing cdi . 5. Full set performance exhaust . Minimun cost for 5 items will be between Rm 900 - Rm 1000 excluding labour cost . But as for me , I would rather pay extra RM400 -500 more for quality proven products .That's only stage one mod . Once you kena poison more will follow ...,racing head , crankshaft /rod full set , gears ratios....ect
Another important thing is that once upgraded to higher capacity , much safer for braking purpose to install a 4 point piston rear disc brake set if your bike don't have one . Another option which I do is that I replaced the original brake drum with Faito Extreme Gold ( track use ) brake drum . Cost Rm45 included installation .

Replaced battery with Koyoko Nano Gel battery ( RM 58 ) after 14 months ( 34740km mileage ) . Former battery brand & model is the same as the new one . Replace it as precaution method eventho' the old one is still usable ( the gel level inside the former battery have decreased by 20% ).
A hint of note , for those who have in mind of replacing your existing exhaust system with ABM Racing Exhaust , do have a paint job done first before installing it . Noticed the rust was starting to set in on mine after a week or more on the road . Did a respray job on it yesterday with Anchor High temperature paint ( RM18 + RM8 for labour ) , finished up the whole can with 4 layers of coatings . Each coating needs to be dry up before before recoating which took about 10-15 minutes to dry up . Cheapo performance exhaust like ABMt have only one layer of thin paint on , so as rust prevention , it is to have a couple of layer of paint coating on it .
Another hint of note for those who set on upgading , after installing the exhaust + 28mm carburator & resetting the pilot jet & main jet for 5 times to get the ultimate performance ., noticed the engine oil have decreased by around 10% after 680km mileage . IN order to prolong the engine life & maximize its performance , the engine oil level have to be monitor every 3 days or so & top it up if there's a oil level drop . Was told by that it's part of the package when upgrading with performance parts . Ain't sure about it but will check with my trusted mech later .

Found another cheap but good product to upkeep the chain .Starwill SW-99 high temperature Lithium base grease spray . RM12 for a can of 400ml content . Able to withstand extreme temperature & will not melt or freeze + defies extreme weather condition - heavy rain or direct sunlight . Can be bought at most hardware shops ..
