Some Advice On Citroen Before Buying One

How have you been?
It is coming to 5 years of owning the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.
Sharing the experience thus far:-
1. Brooklands Motors, while it sucked that time, it is way better than NAZA Citroen. I have no problem driving by to Brooklands asking them to look at the warming and fault alerts. For NAZA, I gotta make appointment just to show the warning signs. If you love your car very much, you would know the frustration one may go through. I actually felt sad when NAZA took over Citroen.
2. It is a great car, no doubt. The service and maintenance is still hard to come by for a deserving car like Citroen. Perhaps the French does not care much about what Brooklands Motors and previous dealers have sold here. Service is bad.
3. Hard to find great and experienced technicians in Puchong. I have been to a few. They are either not sure, not knowledgeable enough or lacking in diagnostic tools as well as spare parts. Knowing that not many would keep the parts, but perhaps light bulbs, should have right?
4. While it is not a super duper luxury car, be prepared to pay like one.
5. You need patience, care and a lot of love to drive a Citroen. It is like a romance kind of relationship. While the relationship may be delicate, so have to take good care of it.
Am I regretted getting a Citroen? Nope.
Quite glad to have the French experience.

Hi everyone. Hope all things well.
Noticed the last I posted about my experience with Citroen was on 14/11/2014 (not intended to have many 4).
Fast forward to May 2019, I still have the Citroen DS5, which is now rebranded to DS. Besides that I also got the Peugeot 208 (3-door version, which NAZA only brought in once, then stopped). I love French cars in particular with PSA brands.
All the best to everyone, especially those in love with French cars.
