hi all,
Got the bike already.. use it for about 1 week. First impression: easy to
start, soft to kick start. Fuel consumption - a bit disappointed, not save
fuel as I was expected , it seem likes the EX5 Dream fuel consumption
almost same as previous good old EX5, need to check further and compare
milage apple to apple. Performance: compare to old EX5, less torq, can not
lawan old EX5 interm of "naik" bukit. i will write more soon. However,
with the price below RM 4k , it worth. This bike "problem free".

hi nenas
Going by yr description, I wonder if the engine has lower compression -
hence easier to start but less torque.
Anyway with the price so cheap, existing "old" EX-5 owners must be upset,
the market value for those older models would have fallen drsatically.
Do write more soon.

I finally made up my mind and got the new EX5 Dream. Paid RM3,888
(kick-start, 1 yr com. insurance and road tax). Mind you that this is
inclusive of RM80 "runner"'s fee since I wanted to get Wilayah no. plate.
I went to a bike shop yesterday and they still have one more old EX5
(110cc)left. Selling price is RM4600+. Anyone intrested, better grab it
before it is gone (since a few of you guys are looking for it). The shop is
in Seremban (Tel: 06-7632299. Just couldn't get myself paying RM1k extra
for the old model.
