Just wanna share my experience on cleaning waja throttle body. First, I managed to open the black air duct by loosen 1 screw (used no. 11 wrench). Then I twist the black air duct for easy access to the TB. OMG, it was soo dirty on the butterfly plate & sorrounding hole... no wonder my car RPM's goes crazy (RPM went too low & almost stalled)... Then I sprayed some WD40 (as it can remove oil) & wipe all the dirt clean... I notice that most of the dirt were fine particle of dust mixed with some oil.
Be sure to clean the black duct too & the opening of the TB along with the plate. I did not dare to mess the inner side of the TB affraid to touch the sensor inside.
Now the car RPM steady at 850... acceleration is better too. Feels happy again. Car is no more 'tersumbat'.
