Would appreciate Waja / car sifus' advice on solving water/rain seeping in on to the front and back carpet floor. The roof looks good and the undercover of the roof is dry.

Where is the source of the water seeping in?

Bro., water seeping into the car can be from many areas. Have to search for it and sometimes seeing it come from one area does not mean is from there.
Lately my car the top of the windscreen near the pillar sprung a leak. It comes on and off, means sometimes rain got leak, sometimes don't. Then got one time saw the leak so try to trace. The end droplets wear at the bottom of front door panel, but remove the door panel found no leak. Then search further seems it was coming from the front panel means side of dashboard. Started removing the pillar panel, pull down part of the ceiling cloth too, then finally saw the leak from the windscreen area.
Apply some epoxy, let it dry then pour water to test, no more leak.... smile_thumbup.gif
Oh! one more thing, if your air con water drainage is stuck/block the air con water will drip onto the carpet. I had that problem on my other car too. But if it happens only during rain time, then it is i not the air con.... smile_tongue.gif

Please use the search
From what I read last time is the air cond drain pipe blocked (open the passenger drawer to access it)

But for my car haven't encounter yet

As for back seat carpet wet is from your boot (spare tyre compartment become temporary "aquarium")
Drain it
Then check the brake light sealer is not seal properly (access when you open the boot-either left or right of brake light)
