Hi YSW,
if that's the case how only would we know that the mech is installing
the correct shocks for us? as most of them will 'claim' that what they're
putting in is the correct ones for the car.

Is there a specific model of the shocks or part # that we can refer to?
Somehow i can feel that there are a lot of unscrupulous business man will
con those with less knowledge of the stuff.. (ppl like me)

thanks in advance for those who've contributing their info

Carefull...some of the cheaper waja absobers are recycled ones. What they
do is that they refill gas or oil in the absobers and resell at slightly
cheaper price. Want to get the original OEM Kayaba Absobers? I can get
you GENUINE GUARANTEE KAYABA gas filled absobers at RM130 per pair. I got
it straight from factory.

I just fitted my Waja with GAB Sport Absorbers and Sport spring. It cost
me RM900 include installation for those items in Kuantan. The ride is
quite comfortable, but for sure it is firmer compared to the stock one.
However, it is good for cornering, highwat cruising plus a sporty,
lowered look. If the absorber alone is RM580 include installation in here.

i've just change mine. Gas Type - Brand "K-Showa~Japan Technology"..
(hemmm....never heard this brand..ok...never mine..just try lah...)

That fella give me warranty like this :

K-Showa : 5 month (RM48/pcs)
Kayaba : 3 month (RM55/pcs)
APM : no (RM52/psc)

If K-Showa fail within that period, can change by add the price differnt
and get the new Kayaba or APM

Buy from spare parts shop Bandar Tasik Permaisuri/MRRII. Labor charge RM30
with free alignment (maxxis Lambah Maju, Ampang.
