Mind to share which outside workshop you send to?
Ha ha, when I asked him I wanted to change the part but he (gui lo service manager) must make sure it works. No guaranty! Anyway, do not blame him. They need to have profit. different with appointed service center where warranty is promised!

This is NASIM appointed service center!!!
My car showed "engine fault. repair needed". I sent my car to a workshop. The technician has no experience for my car model. He could not find the socket for computer diagnose.
I have no choice. I called to GE Carriage, Kota Damansara asked for help. A guy picked up the call. He looked for technician after knew my problem. He then told me that no one free to answer me. I told this guy that just asked the technician where was the socket in my car. He told me that he asked but no one know where is it. What is your reaction? I questioned him why technician in Peugeot service center do not know where is the socket. He then said something in very soft tone. I did not wait. I told him that please ask Mr. Lai, the service manager to answer. I knew that it would not help me even I scolded him. Mr. Lai resigned.
Dear Peugeot owners, I should feel sad or angry?

We only deal with service manager and our complaint can not reach to their manager. If we complained to customer care line like what I did, the complaint may or may not reach to the branch's owner. For my case, customer care line told me that they did highlight to the owner. Then, what happened? Just resign!!!
Those service manager will not really care to improve their service at all!
