I need a hire purchase loan for a new car. However i have tried one on the bank, the banker told me the chances is a bit tight. Due to my ccris report, on one of the credit card payment i have delay payment for 2months, and due to this i can't get personal loan, car loan and even house loan.
Is there anyway or anyone can help me on this?

On serious note.. try talk to your credit card company that you delay the payment and see their help to clean you track record.

Thanks for your advice.
Btw, this bank actually block my saving account and transfer some of the money without my knowledge. I even call them and ask to release my saving account, they don't release it and i have mentioned to them you can credit whatever minimum payment which I have to paid but can you please release my saving account, they answer is no way. I told them you block it how should i do my payment to my cc? They don't listen and just answer unless you settle full amount of the outstanding.
So if ask me to negotiate with them, i don't think they will accept. And even the credit collector said i don't care you receive my reminder or not, summary is i already send reminder, you don't get is your problem.

As far as I know they cannot touch any other accounts of yours. You default your credit card then the bank can send you lawyer letters and so on and can also sue you but they cannot freeze your account unless they have a court order to do so.... smile_tongue.gif

Its called 'the right to set off'.
Problem is when the cc is pre approved which is banned by BNM nowadays.Still banks has already find a way around that.
Some bank just ignore it.
When a card is pre approved, the cust did not know the condition involved. Then again i bet most of us did not read the fine print right?
Housing loan,hp,cc, p/ loan u name it.there will be that clause in the LO.onky different is whether its practised by the bank.

On the CCRIS rpt,its illegal to alter the payment track record.
I said illegal but not impossible.in this case, there is '2' on the track rcd and i believe all bank will decline the application.dont bother submitting to another FI as at the bottom of the ccriss rpt is an application history and the result which other FI can view.

No offence but he should pay his debt in the first place.start paying and make sure u have prompt payment for at least 6 month and try again.if not 1 year it is.

Something to share:
When u default your payment, most of the time the ac is 'sold' to a collector firm. They will call and said they are from the FI u owed money. They are NOT EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK.Hence some of them are very rude and will intimidate u.FYI its wrong to intimidate and act rude to a cust even he/she is owing money. If u feel wrong done then by all meam report to BNM.Dont just say this and that in social media. It helps solve the problem better.
