Airtrek Turbo engine in waja

Ok its detuned to 240horses.

Ah but then - the gearing is also for those 4WD sizes tyres on the Airtrek.

So the car is gonna be very torqueful when you slap on smallish (relative
to Airtrek sizeed) wheels?????

Just thinking aloud.....

the airtrek turbo is tuned for torque, and it might overwhelm the tyres of
the waja.

Well, I think even if the EVO engine fitted into the Waja, it will have
the same effect on the tyres. BTW any idea if the propeller shaft for the
4WD can be use for Waja?

If not mistaken, any propeller shaft of any Evo series won't fit into Waja
since it's wheelbase is 10mm longer than Lancer from what I've been told.
Even the PERT techies have got to do lots of modifications to have it fit
but guess what the car understeers a lot.

i put 6A13TT on my waja on 2006....my hp 280hp .....smile.gif
