Asked my technicain friend from PE SC cheras abt waja gearbox. They are
surprised that waja gb so far not many came back with problems. They thot
the waja gb would be problematic like the perdana gb but surprisingly no.

Abt the ECU, can we cover it up with plastic bag or something so that
water cannot go in??

i am not saying anything, but i used to drive a waja as well. and the ecu i
am having now is a brand new ecu. i used it for a month only. my old ecu
was fried when water from the air con went inside. i took it to proton edar
and indeed it cost me rm5k to replace the ecu unit alone.

at the end of the week, got a good deal on a fto halfcut. sold everything
but the ecu.

Dear: rprabah
Kindly check your main fuse box located in your engine there and refer to
the signal (E or G) a square fuse c wheather blowed?? because my waja
also facing the problem the Gear is not shifting and the N signal blinking,
many sc claim my gearbox and ECU have spoil but i not believe them my
gearbox always service in between 4 to 5 month and my ecu had protected
by a plastic to avoid from aircond water..... after change the fuse the
gearbox shifting back to normal ...by the way if not mistaken beside the ecu
there is a little square box it also related to the gearbox..
