To buy Korean cars, is for people who love them, not use 2 to 3 years then sell.......
dont be surprised - used car dealers often gives low offer on trading in.
heck, even kia and hyundai's own salesman has no confidence if some one wants to trade in their own models. they will give you low and low prices... because they know its not worth it.
i mean, buy a forte 2.0 today at about 90K.
after 2 years, try to trade in and upgrade to Kia's own sportage at 140K.
do you think you will get 70K of the value after 2 years? i agree with samyvellu and sifu vr2turbo here... most likely the owner will be quoted something like only 50% of its original value which to the dealers are very reasonable.

New Sonata 2nd value seems still ok.
But isn't it normal to loose 50% over 3yrs for most cars?
