What u think of the new Hyundai i10? Engine 1.1 Auto with Airbag etc at
Rm58K on the road. The earlier Atos owners all complained gear box
problems after just a few years. I hope Hyundai has settled this issue
for their latest i10, so beautiful. I think technically Hyundai i10 and
the earlier Atos 1.1 r the same. Only new body. What u think?

Alvin2,
It was CKD, built in MAlaysia, rebadged under inokom to replace Atos
Prima. Frankly speaking, car engine was smooth and better than previous
but still lack of power like Myvi or Viva. Price even closed to Myvi full
spec, good point was 300,000KM coverage.
Still not a good buy due to pricing, size and power.

When add strenghtener to i10 and able to achieve 5 start Ncap crash
test...dont expect it to be a lighter than a Viva. Some weight reduction
like having electric motor steering does help abit.

I think the first 500 units will be imported from India and the batch
after that will be CKD. Price will not change after the second CKD batch.
The fuel economy of 17km/l is interesting thought!
