Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic cover that covers the timing belt assy so that i can reach the water pump.
I spent hour figuring it out but cant find a way to remove it.

Thanks drex for your reply.
I did remove the pump pulley 1st and the the dip stick bracket.
All size 10 bold holding the plastic cover are removed.
Still, i cant get it out.
Is there a specific way to pull it out or i did not remove something else?
Its stuck at the crank pulley.

Long story....i was about to put the wrench on the floor when it slipped from my hand and "tang" it hit my toe.
Now i know why mech wears steel toe boot.
Anyway, the pump is replaced and for a 10 years old pump,it sure looks good.
