10W-30 is good enough. Some ppl use 5W-30 or even 0W-30W, no harm but
wasting money. The 5W or 0W gives cold start protection for cold
countries. In Malaysia the weather never gets that cold, so not necessary
for this level protection. However if you want to use those oils, go
ahead, as i said no harm.

As my warranty expires this month, I`ve decided to service my car
outside. Upon window shopping around for the Castrol Semi Synthetic,
found the price to be around $100. Finally ended up buying Perouda Semi
Synthetic for $70/-. Considering this oil 5W 30, is better value. The
Castrol S Syn is one grade higher ( API SM ) than Perodua S Syn ( API
SL ), and that`s why the higher price. For standard everyday driving
Perodua`s S Syn is good enough.
