It really heaven n hell different experience compare to when I visited another dealer. The SA take time to explain the feature of the car, offering test drive and sharing his experience of the training n meeting conducted by the Chevrolet. He mentioned now the GM hv more focus in Chevrolet Malaysia n hv station a few angmo representative here to reflect the problem to their HQ.( I don know r this a sales talk or not) but all these make me got more confident on this brand n consider to buy the Captiva..

Which dealer you went to? Would like to know because I really love the Sonic...would like to check it out in person, and am worried about going through the same crappy naza service again. I don't think GM would be focusing much in Malaysia, as their market here is small and they already have a big base in Thailand. But it's good also to be proven wrong on this...

Not sure Indonesia model is same as Malaysia model.

Here selling 339 juta, about RM109K.
If same model as Malaysia, I think the price here is cheap, maybe consider yto get one.
Thanks

They made lots of mistake on the specs for Sonic. Mistake on specification is a serious offense under consumer rights regulation that should be avoided at all cost.
The model is basically the same base on the specs.
Since NASA does not place much effort in after sales and waiting for money to fall from the sky, wonder why can't they just loosen up the license to get franchise for running its after sales service and spare parts. They could still earn from franchise license and commissions, even more profit they could earn from what they are doing now.
NASA refused to let others do the after sales thinking that it could monopolise everything. It turns out the other way instead, lower sales volume, less owners and even owners would turn to elsewhere for cheaper more efficient service and more affordable spare parts from spare part supply chain outside. Owner like me, I don't send my Forte to their SC for service as warranty ended. I DIY myself, spare parts buy from spare part shops. No problem.
I think any spy from NASA management that read this should consider to get 3rd party to get the job done for them while NASA arrange for technical training by actual Chevy engineers from US, Korea, AU, etc.

Since NASA does not place much effort in after sales and waiting for money to fall from the sky, That's very True!!!, only cari makan with a piece of A$4 paper
wonder why can't they just loosen up the license to get franchise for running its after sales service and spare parts. They could still earn from franchise license and commissions, even more profit they could earn from what they are doing now.
Who wants after doing donkey works for nothing or free? their money dont drop from sky like Lasak, ahahaha knew what I meant?
NASA refused to let others do the after sales thinking that it could monopolise everything. The other way round I think?
It turns out the other way instead, lower sales volume, less owners and even owners would turn to elsewhere for cheaper more efficient service and more affordable spare parts from spare part supply chain outside. and they open the roads or water holes, others to runs and drink!!! better for others, for after warranty cars, or go to their authorised SCX - never go to Lasak SCs. they will kill your car!!! with their tak tahu plp there - taruk kereta kitaa check dulu or tak ade spares usual reply
Owner like me, I don't send my Forte to their SC for service as warranty ended. I DIY myself, spare parts buy from spare part shops. No problem. - That's good if you know how !!!!, have bought a good cheap car because they can do it with their connection of CBU to a CKD car
I think any spy from NASA management that read this should consider to get 3rd party to get the job done for them while NASA arrange for technical training by actual Chevy engineers from US, Korea, AU, etc. They knew but are also trying to make use of each other - knowing well their brand will never do well in Malaysia already - hoping to assembled it here to ship to neighbouring countries, dont know the quality how then, with Malaysia Boleh Standard!!!!

I know lah ! But days r not complete without poking fun at our court jester.
Back to Captiva, as I said earlier it's not good for a distributor to control over 2 brand which sell similar product at similar pricing, either one would get sidelined, see what happen to Cruze, even this Captiva, Chevy seem loosing it glory compare to few years back under DRB.
