How about this for a great photo to show the HUD working with speed, cruise and sat nav! smile.gif

(How do I get to be able to upload more than 500K? I had to downsize previous photos to get this one on!)

Help help help ... my car is almost reaching 13500km ... when I go over hump really slowly ... there is a squeaky sound from the front part ... sound like coming from suspension area ... could it be the absorber ...

Anybody having this problem ... what is the solution ...

PS: GT looks nice but for RM200K it is out of budget for most people including me ...

Squeaks are really tricky man.... gotta really pinpoint where its coming from by eliminating possible sources one by one. Even then, unless you can fix it yourself, gotta make sure you drive the point home with the SC otherwise they won't bother much.

I've the following currently:

1) intermittent loud rattle from front camera housing (below the rear view mirror)
2) buzzing sound from front LED dome lamp area
3) intermittent slight rattle from steering/meter area
4) clicking sound from driver's seat (since new but with some spraying its now very rare that I hear it)

Since I've only clocked 7k+, am waiting for the 10km service to (hopefully!) get it all fixed.

Anybody have any of the same?

Same problem here. I noticed this around 1 month after collecting the car. Every time when the car is hot (been running for quite a while) and goes over a speed bump, the suspension squeak will be there. Early morning when the car is still cool, there's no such noise.

Btw guys, just an update. My engine is leaking again. Going for my 3rd visit to get this fixed. I wonder how many times I gotta go there. Getting repetitive here dry.gif

Hi all,

Recently I have this problem with my car. In the morning, I need to place the electronic key very near to the "start/stop" button then only I am able to start the car. When the engine starts, I get a message "Battery xxx default xxxx", the message is just a flash, not able to read them all. Next time i will capture a video.
Plus, when i unlock the car in the morning, the side mirrors will not extract. It will only unlock the doors.

Then it gets normal during the day. Only the morning (or maybe after long stall). It has been this for past few days.
SA asked me to send to workshop to reset or so. It's kinda time consuming effort. hope can diy.

Anyone here have had such similar experience before?

Hi,

Have you tried keeping your main key away from the vehicle and then using your spare key instead?

It would be interesting to know if the problem is with both keys, as that would indicate a fault at the car itself - but if your spare key works fine, then that would indicate that your problem is with your usual key, and that could be just down to the battery.

It is strange that you see the problem in the morning, but a weak signal from the key could be worse in the morning, maybe there is more "radio noise" around your where your car is parked in the morning which means your car/key is more sensitive to a lower signal from a flat battery.

Good luck!

Hi,

I did try it this morning with the spare key with no success, but I was in the rush, so didn't try it thoroughly.
Will definately try it again tmw morning with details.

It shouldn't be radio signal disturbance as the car has been parked at same spot since day 1.

Anyway, will update you guys after tmw.

Hope all well. fingers crossed.
