I also saw Kancil 660 up there.... Just have your car maintain, then it should not be a problem.
Main Things to check are Brake System :Pad & Oil, Radiator System & Radiator Water.

If your car has not enuf power, just don't force it to go fast on the hill. Let it roll slowly with 1/4 or max 1/2 throttle to avoid overheating and unnecessary premature wear and tear. Almost every modern car can tackle Genting hill but the difference would be on the speed and time needed to reach the top.

Hahaha... if my Iswara 1.5A can go up Genting, Grand Livina sure can la.

min vehicle requirement to reach genting:-
engine: 400bhp or more, recommend with twin turbo
suspension: sport tuned
brakes: all disc with performance pad
wheels: at least 17inch light weight alloy rims
tyres: high performance low profile

motorcycle...bus with 24seats...van with 10seats...kancil 660...also can reach...how come ribena cannot reach??sorry..is livina..not ribena
